With deep sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Alexander R. Caron, 78, of Nashua, New Hampshire, on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Bedford Hills Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on September 28, 1944, Alex was the son of Gertrude T. (St. Amant) and Leo L. Caron. Alexander was a lifelong resident of Nashua, where he attended elementary and high school. Alex received his undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from New Hampshire College, and his MBA Magna Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University. He worked as a CPA, practicing in NH and MA for several years. Alex was a veteran who served with the New Hampshire National Guard, Battery B, 197th Artillery Division, deployed to Vietnam in 1968.

Alexander was an avid reader, with a passion for science-fiction and fantasy novels. Alex was especially fond of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. This love extended to his choice of movies and television programs. Alex loved technology, especially computers, software, and learning about the newest developments in the market. He enjoyed computer and console gaming. Alex dabbled in cooking. He was always excited to share his newest improvement t his chili or spaghetti sauce recipe.

Alexander is survived by his daughter, Brigitte A. Caron and her life-partner, Dana P. Reagan of Bedford, NH. He remained friends with his former wife, Monique B. Caron, also of Bedford, NH. She was essential to providing support to him during his declining health. Alexander is predeceased by his son, Thomas A. Caron of Nashua, NH and his parents, Gertrude T. (St. Amant) and Leo L. Caron of Londonderry and Nashua, NH.

Per his wishes, there will be no formal services at this time.
