Dorothea "Jean" St. Amand, 82, of Bristol passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022. Jean was born on June 24, 1939 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Frederick William and Elizabeth (Anderson) Ruhlemann. She is survived by her daughter Michelle St. Amand of Bristol; her son Joseph St. Amand of TX; her grandchildren Joseph St. Amand and Ashley St. Amand; her great-granddaughter Zoey; her brother Fred Ruhlemann, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Harold St. Amand and her sister Louise Dyson. Per her wishes, there will be no services, and she will be laid to rest in the niches at Forestville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
