Passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday March 10, 2022 at the age of 64. He will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered, by his loving and adoring wife, Marie Gasteiger. A life well lived full of love and joy. Papa will be forever in the hearts of his children Tanya (Chris) Leconte, Diana (Brian) Dimech, Christina (Mark) Donnelly and Marie's children David (Cathy) Gasteiger, Karen Gasteiger (Robert Hunt). He leaves a legacy of love for his 7 grandchildren; Evan, Tyler, George, Matt, Brooklyn, Paul and Isabelle. Beloved son of Rita St. Amand and brother of Mike (Tracy) St. Amand, Linda St. Amand and life-long friends Buzz and Marianne Colella. Predeceased by his father William St. Amand. Daniel was a lab technologist and retired in 2017. He loved life and lived his fully. Friends are invited to join the family at the Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
