Sarah E. (Massart) St. Amant, 84, of Blackstone, MA passed away on December 22, 2021 at Metrowest Medical Center Framingham Union Hospital.
She is the beloved wife of the late Roland W. St. Amant. Born in Woonsocket, RI on November 24, 1937, she is the daughter of the late Irving and Mabel (Ray) Massart. She is the loving mother of Deborah Knights and her husband, Tim of Levant, Maine, Maureen Giguere and her husband, Roland of Blackstone, MA, Wallace St. Amant and his wife, Sarah of Blackstone, MA, and David St. Amant and his wife, Lori of Blackstone, MA. She leaves her cherished 9 grand children and 9 great-grandchildren. She is the sister of Patricia Nason and her husband, John of Hubbardston, MA and her late brother Irving Massart. She also leaves her nieces and nephews.
She was a resident of Blackstone formerly a longtime resident of Bellingham. She was a graduate of Blackstone High School. She worked as a nurses aide at local nursing homes until retiring. She enjoyed traveling to Vermont and Maine. She loved being at home and with her family and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
