Frances M. St. Amand, 73, of Somerset passed away on April 26, 2021. She was the wife of Gerald St. Amand, to whom she was married for 50 years. Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late John McMillan and the late Marguerite (Lamarre) McMillan. She was a 1965 graduate of Jesus Mary Academy and the Katharine Gibbs School. She was an administrative secretary for the Fall River Redevelopment Authority and later for Dr. Robert Levesque DMD. Frances was a communicant of St. Thomas More Church in Somerset. Besides her husband she is survived by her daughters, Danielle Guillotte of Somerset and Marisa Gaffney, husband Anthony, of New Bedford; grandchildren, Emma Guillotte, Landon Gaffney and Willa Gaffney; sisters, Dorothy Cloutier of No. Dartmouth and Phyllis Ciosek, husband Robert, of Somerset. The family would like to thank Dr. Marc Theroux for his years of care, the staff of Carvalho Grove Nursing Home, and Kindred Hospice.
