Avis de décès : Mme Janet Hallett (Brideau) (1952-02-26 - 2019-04-29)

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Janet Brideau of Tilley, NB, announce her passing at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on April 29, 2019 following a brief illness.

Janet was born in Avondale, NB, on February 26, 1952. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Fern (Shaw) Hallett.

Janet leaves behind her loving husband, Reid Brideau; her daughters, Yvonne Hennessey (fiancé Patrick) of Blackville, NB, Tammy Joe St-Amand of Woodstock, NB, Neta McKinney (Japheth) of Aroostook, NB; her sons, Phillip St-Amand of Perth-Andover, NB, and David Brideau (Jamie) of Perth-Andover, NB; eight grandchildren with one on the way; her sister, Phyllis Dryer of Blackville, NB; brothers, David Tompkins of Benton, NB, and Alton Shaw of Woodstock, NB. Janet was predeceased by her parents; her foster parents, Maude Miller and Phillip Dryer; her sister, Shirley; and her brother, Gary.

Respecting Janet’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial talk will be held at the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall (Carlingford, NB) on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 2 pm. Mr. Jason Diljohn will be speaking. There will be a reception to follow. Interment will be in the Lerwick Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Southern Victoria Cancer Assistance Fund or the NB Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
