Lucille Wiley Le'Obia entered into eternal rest on October 28, 2018 at the age of 78 in Spring, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen St. Amand and Milton Wiley, husband; Chester Le'Obia, Jr., daughter; Contrella Leblanc, son; Chester Le'Obia III, and grandsons; Lawrence and Kenner LeBlanc. Lucille attended the University of New Orleans and was the founder and owner of Le'Ob's Tours and Travel, Inc., which she along with husband Chester, operated for over 30 years. She had a love for God, family, traveling, history, and genealogy. She leaves to cherish her memory son; Keith Le'Obia of New Orleans, LA; daughter, Keisha Le'Obia Rondeno (Troy) of Spring, TX, grandchildren Heidi Johnson of New Orleans, LA, and Koye and Kylie Rondeno of Spring, TX, and great grandchildren; Donay and Donovan Williams, and Sincere Johnson of New Orleans, LA, and a host of friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Raymond / Leo the Great Catholic Church, 2916 Paris Ave, New Orleans, LA.
