Barbara Ann Damico, age 81 of Harvey, Louisiana died on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 after battling cancer for over 22 years. She was born on January 3, 1937 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

She was the daughter of the late Irvin and Euroine Matherne St. Amant. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip C. Damico and mother of Philip J. Damico (Doris) and Anthony "Tony" Damico (Johnette). She was the Grandmother of Angela Damico Brading (Joshua) and Anthony Damico, II. Step Grandmother to Keith Michael Plaisance, Sean Steele and Alyssa Steele. Great Grandmother of Delilah Brading. She was the sister of Iris Isemann (Rodney), Mary Cambre and Blanche Battaglia (Guy). Sister-in-law to Mary Martin (Loveless), Roseanne Deeters (Charlie), Annie Deris (William), Jenny Ruiz (Joe), Sam Damico (Doris) and Carlo "CJ" Damico (Beverly).

She was a retired librarian at St. Rosalie School and a devoted Parishioner at St. Rosalie Catholic Church. She was loved by all who knew her. She touched so many with her true kindness and her beautiful smile. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Rosalie Catholic Church, 600 2nd Avenue, Harvey, LA on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 10:30AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rosalie Catholic Church on Friday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
