Frances B. St. Amant, age 77, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Beloved wife of 61 years to Henry W. St. Amant, Sr. Devoted mother of Henry W. St. Amant, Jr. (Barbara Nicoll), Debra Brondum, and Kaylynn St. Amant. Grandmother of Kristina Torregano, Jessica Darby, Bernard Brondum, Jenny Brondum, Laura Lee Brondum, Gerald Dupre and Michael Stucke. Also survived by 14 great grandchildren. Sister of Scott Henry Broome and the late James Floyd Broome, Jr. Daughter of the late James Floyd Broome and Sarah McBay Broome Kron. A native of Jasper County, MS and a longtime resident of Metairie, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time. Inurnment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
