In Loving Memory of Assunta Odelie (Lamothe) St. Amand 88 years Tuesday, August 14th, 2012 at her home.
Beloved wife of Andre St. Amand of Blezard Valley. Loving mother of Paul (Paulette), Rene (Mary), Lise (Ron Gosselin), Jack (Claudette) and John (Nancy). Cherished grandmother of Paula, Colette, Laura, Tina, Suzy, Andre, Nicole, Monique, Steven, Marc, Carol, Tim, Michael, Nancy, Richard, Nicole, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Born in Barraute, Quebec, she married Andre in Malartic on June 17th, 1942. She worked with her husband for many years at St. Amand Auto Wreckers. Assunta lived in the Valley for 58 years and was a dedicated member of the Jehovah's Witnesses for 60 years. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting, and has left her family many wonderful pieces from her skilled hands. Assunta gave unconditional love, she was a true mother and committed her life to her family.
Memorial Service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 25 Normand St., Dowling Saturday, August 18th, 2012 at 3pm (Friends may gather after 2:30pm). Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
Donations to the Watch Tower would be appreciated.

Son époux, Andre St. Amand, est le fils d'Ernest St-Amand et d'Ernestine Trottier; le petit-fils d'Alfred St-Amand et de Julie Grégoire; l'arrière-petite-fille de Hubert St-Amant et de Marie-Anne Paquin. Andre est un descendant de Mathurin Robert dit St-Amant.
