St. Amand, Bob Sr. “Papa“ - Peacefully on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 72 with his loving family by his side.
Predeceased by his parents Leo and Kay. Also by his wife Suzette (1975), and his second wife Colleen (2000). Loving husband of Kim for 4 years. An amazing and loving father and Papa of Collee Curvin (Theo) and their children Teddy, Mandy and Ang; Barbie, Cherie McNulty (Jim) and their children Lindsey, Tadd, Bryan, Suzette; Bobby (Heather) and their children Brent, and Brooke; and Suzi Hardesty (Kent) and their children Terra, Joey, and Jordy. Fondly remembered by his beloved step children Robert; Shayla; Tanya and her child Alicya; and Cliff and his children Rebecca, Adrianna, and Cenedra. Cherished and devoted Papa to his great-grandchildren Ethan, Annaya, Liam, Madyson, and Treyvon. Loving brother of Bill, Marg, Cathy, Betty, Pat, and Dolly and his great Aunt Bette who was a very special person in Bob's life. Also survived by his other family members, close friends and many friends in the racing community.

Friends may visit the family at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton Street, until Friday at 12 p.m. Visiting hours are Wednesday 6 - 9 p.m. and Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A celebration of Bob's life will take place on Friday at 12:30 p.m. in the George Darte Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens following the service.
