The family announces with sorrow his death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, at the age of 49 years.
Beloved husband of Pam Richard (nee St. Amand). Dear father of Shawn Fournier (Celine) of Timmins. Loving grandfather of Sara Seguin of Timmins. Dear brother of Ronald Richard (Therese) of Sarnia, Claudette Dubois of Timmins and sister-in-law of Florida Richard of Timmins. He is predeceased by his brother Robert Richard in 1992, his parents Alex Richard in 1990 and Helen Richard in 1999. Dear uncle of Raymond Richard (Chris), Rose-Marie Mousseau (Don), Carole Bond (Marcel), Claudette Bond (Andy), Joanne Guerrin (Al), Lawrence Richard, Johnny Richard (Cindy), Jacques Richard, Diane Brylickoski (Bob), Rejeanne Brylickoski, Denis Dubois (Mitch), Robert Dubois (Lise), Glen Richard, Helen and Gail. Raymond is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 12:00 noon from St. Sauveur Church. Interment at Timmins Memorial Cemetery.
Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
